"I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew but my drink came looking like a latte, mixed with no cold foam. When I asked the cashier, they tried to convince me it was the same drink by saying the “the picture on the Starbucks menu isn’t supposed to match the drink”"
"They serve Starbucks coffee and tea, however it is not considered a Starbucks branch. The coffee is ok, the cakes are fresh and delicious, but you may have to stay in line for a few minutes. Overall, it's good to have a coffee shop near while working."
"The servers are generally nice even though I sometimes see them at like 3am to get coffee during the finals week. One thing different from all other Starbucks is that their caramel macchiato keeps me awake for overnight and through next day. I do overnights for exams and their caramel macchiato is what I get all the time before the exam."
"I ordered a Caramel Coffee, the only Caramel drink on the menu. The cashier misunderstood my order. It was house Grand and she just added syrup("caramel"). When I pointed out this mistake, she said that I would have to pay the difference for a drink that was her mistake. I then requested to talk to a manager- explaining it was her mistake. The result was that I would still have to pay difference! It should have have been excused since it was their misunderstanding. This is bad business and confusing, if there is a different Caramel drink they should post it on the menu. The Manager said the extra syrup is 40 cents. Coffee is $2.45. So the Caramel drink cost $4.65. It is bad customer service."
