Starbucks

"This is a review for the management, not the poor new employee. I went today with my daughter. We ordered venti Iced Chai and venti pistachio Frappuccino, both with oat milk (of course we were charged $0.70 each extra) First drink Pistachio Frappuccino done with whole milk... , no pistachio, no frappe so... A regular latte. Second drink Iced Chai... I have no words, kid pours the Chai in a cup and proceeds to heat the milk, this time it was oat because ai caught him on time. Pours the boiling milk in the Chai and adds 3 pieces of ice... There you go have a nice day. Guys don't leave employees alone if they are not properly trained. You are making him fail miserably kids was totally stressed. We didn't say a word. Got rid of the drinks in the parking lot trash and move forward to another place."

"Very disappointed with my Starbucks drink!! Trey was the boy who took my order at the Starbucks stand - he was texting and speaking on the phone while making my drink which he didn't make correctly. I'm pretty sure he wasn't wearing gloves too."

"It's always quiet here and not as busy as the other Starbucks. They cant seem to get the taste of a regular coffee right, but the specialty drinks are on point."

"I had to ask the manager at Safeway where the Starbucks employee was. 5 minutes after he paged overhead the employee wandered in. It reflects poorly on Safeway and on Starbucks to leave a shop unmanned with no indication whether the store was open or closed. When the employee wandered in to take the order there was no apology."

"One of the worst examples of customer service. No hi , no bye, no eye contact, not even one word out of Keemani's mouth. I was the only customer in line. Such ignorant attitude makes leave this country asap. No reason to behave like that. Very upsetting."
