"Extremely slow service! I waited on a coffee and a wrap for 25 mins. My coffee was made incorrectly. The team needs to move more efficiently and make the orders more accurately"

"Ordered “splash” of cream….she pours at least a cup of 1/2 and 1/2. Very politely told her I only wanted a splash. She remakes it, exactly the same. So I asked her, how would order it in the future if I wanted only a splash, like a tenth of what you out it? She her boss steps replied, light cream. Then walked away. I would avoid this location. I mean, folks, we’re paying $4 for a cup of coffee with sugar and cream."

"I’m a starbucks employee and i have to say this is by far the worst starbucks, i have ever been to, the barista who took my order didn’t have a name tag (starbucks policy) and took my order wrong with a very rude attitude like i was a bother, the other barista had an airpod in which is also against starbucks policy, neither the barista or the shift supervisor was able to figure out how to use my stars on the account when as an employee, i know how they work myself so it was very frustrating overall, awful service and the drink was still wrong"

"I really miss just sitting down and relaxing while listening to some nice jazz but that’s not the current case. Right ? Anyway, this Starbucks location is nice. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Treated us with care and promptness. It can be hard to miss while driving so don’t go too fast."

"Wished we could have seat but during the covid time no dine in ! They respect the Restrictions! Service was fast we had some hot chocolate and some croissants! This particular location is spacious! Staff was friendly and patient. Plenty of parkings!"
