Einstein Bros. Bagels

"I ordered an egg bacon sandwich, once I open the sandwich bag in my car no bacon at all only egg and cheese, I warp the sandwich went back to shop the blond mid age woman behind the counter , instead of giving the correct order!! She accused me taken the bacon out or eaten it ...OMG for one piece of bacon!! Insteas of apologize and give me the correct order ?? !! please STAY AWAY from this shop, they disrespect and accused for a piece of bacon."

"I've been a fan of Einstein's Bagels for a while, but my recent visit was a huge letdown. I ordered the Turkey Avocado Bagel Sandwich, which I've enjoyed in the past, but what I received this time was far from satisfactory. The turkey, which is usually well-prepared, was just a haphazard stack of meat, as if it was pulled straight from the package and thrown onto the sandwich without any care. The lack of effort in preparation was evident and quite disappointing. Moreover, the quality of the vegetables left a lot to be desired. The tomatoes were white and clearly not ripe, contributing nothing to the flavor or texture of the sandwich. The lettuce not only tasted off but also gave the impression that it hadn't been properly washed. This disregard for basic ingredient quality really put me off. To top it off, the bagel, which is the heart of the sandwich, was not toasted. This lack of attention to what should be a standard request was the final straw for me. The overall experience was so underwhelming that I ended up throwing my sandwich in the trash. While I understand that not every experience can be perfect, this visit was a stark contrast to the quality I’ve come to expect from Einstein's Bagels. It's unfortunate, but I feel compelled to say that I won't be returning to this particular location. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so that the quality can be improved for future customers."

"I went here like two years ago and the workers were rude and pushy. I placed a mobile order of a bagel I wanted, when I got there they told me they didn’t have the bagel I ordered online and to choose a new one. I look at the options for 30 seconds to pick a new bagel and the work goes “pick one already” and “what do you want” in a demanding tone while rolling his eyes at me. I hope he doesn’t work there anymore because that made me never want to go to an Einstein bros bagels again."

"Terrible service and rude. They always charge me a different amount each time I order the exact same order. 9/26/23 Today was the last straw. Charged three times for an order that was cancelled. Bank says three transactions went through. Store says transactions never went through and speak with bank. What a bunch of thieves and clowns. Avoid. Report these idiots to local BBB."

"Sad and uninspired bagel (pic below) but the worst part was the terrible customer service. The cashier lady was rude AF and the dude who made the food acted like he was scared. He had his eyes cast down while handing us the food and mumbled something but wasn't loud enough to make out. Can management look into this. Make sure that dude isn't being beaten or something...it terrible to see someone so broken. Oh and start the paper trail on the cashier at 7 am on July 7th. She needs to be termed before she loses you any more business."
