"Worst Starbucks experience ever. Can you imagine of waiting more than 30 mins to get a latte? They just have one person work there, and this person is super slow. She can't multitask on taking order, making drinks, and food. She also can't remember what you ordered and who ordered first. At least 2 people after me got their drinks first. I see other people were all frustrated of waiting there. This Starbucks is in the Harris Teeter, not sure whether Starbucks or Harris Teeter manage this place. Definitely need more training on the staff and add more people can work together."
