"Always filled with people who love coffee"
"We ordered our drink online, but it wasn't ready when we arrived 15 minutes later. Despite the busy atmosphere, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and requested the drink to be prepared again. Unfortunately, they forgot to do so. After waiting for an additional 10 minutes, we complained to the supervisor and left. If this were NYC, they would hand out an apology gift card, but I guess they don't care here."
"I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks today! I ordered a coffee online and when it came up I asked to fill up the milk the servicer refused to do that! And asked me to wait for another long line to order a different drink or pay for extra for additional. I have never experience such a bad service at Starbucks and it totally destroyed the reputation!"
"The counter people are super rude. Ordered online and went to pick up my order. My wife wanted an ice water and they straight up refused it. The guy goes “Too bad, we are busy. You need to go into the like everybody else”. What’s the point of ordering online if I was just there and the store has 5-6 people waiting. It’s not that there is an option. And if there is cost, just let me know. No big deal, I will pay for it. Never been treated like this in my life at any Starbucks location. Everyone looked like they are too busy to make an eye contact. It’s sad to see this kind of service when I am in retail as well and just spent $6 for a ice drink. Kind of left speechless."
