Once, I had ordered my usual double shot cappuccino, but I didn't hear my name called to pick up the drink at the counter. After 10 minutes, the barista called my name and I went to the counter. The barista noted that the cappuccino had been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes and volunteered to make me a new drink. Moreover, she brought the cappuccino to my table."

Awesome vibe too -- well decorated with music album covers, and plenty of space to spread out with comfortable wooden tables and chairs. They also serve great pastries and sandwiches, so come hungry!
