"The best part of my experience was the kind gentleman that delivered my dryer. The fact that they are subcontractors to deliver truly speaks volumes. “ Robert” is very extremely unprofessional his gun strapped to his waistband is to intimidate instead to be used as protection. He showed me this by turning several times to where the gun was positioned. I was shown the gun because I disagreed with the inexperienced man he had peddling his appliances. This man took money from my account and tried to convince me that he canceled the transaction even though I showed him where it came out directly . This is the point in which “Robert” came out with a visible gun showing in the hopes of finding me in the wrong. My wife and I were shopping for a used washer and dryer, we visited several stores and we were not very impressed until we found Best Used Appliances on Edmonson Avenue. I had many questions which the owner answered without hesitation. He asked a few questions and then showed us a selection of dryer sets that would meet our needs. He explained all the features and how these machines work. We purchased a very nice set and had it delivered the same day. This store is an old bank in the city, but the quality and the price made it worth the trip. I am very glad that we found this place and I highly recommend you to visit."
