"I had the veggie on a croissant. Every part of the sandwich was delicious. Individually the ingredients were fresh and flavorful and together it was exactly what I was hoping for when I saw the photos online and decided to stop in while visiting from Chesapeake. The croissant would have been fantastic all by itself. Highly recommend this place. The staff are also very friendly and the baked goods look delicious."

"I had a craving for Cafein today, so came here with my wife. It has been some time since we’ve been here, but our usual was on the menu, Avocado toast and Sausage on Croissant. Both were delicious, as usual. That “as usual” is very important. My sandwich was the same sandwich I had years ago when they first opened. The avocado toast remains the best I’ve seen. The coffee is always good, always professional. It was very busy, but the line was quick. Any restaurant can make a good meal. It takes something to do so consistently for so long."

"The Davant coffee is amazing! I Feel it’s a bit overpriced but would definitely splurge on it once in a while. Also got their carrot cake and that was incredible. It was moist, rich with walnuts, raisins and carrots. The icing was buttery and not too sweet. Overall a great cafe and the staff are really polite and provides a great service."
