"We normally come to this particular store due to the wonderful customer service that we normally receive.. But today was a different story. We recognized the one gentleman because he normally does our coffee, but today it was someone different. We asked for extra sugar due to a hot coffee not tasting like it had any in it plus being cold and not hot, the girl caught an attitude with him. She then proceeded to make other drinks for different orders instead of finishing our order. Her friend came through the door and only then did she smile and was nice, she then proceeded to make her friends drink before finishing our order. When we finally received our drinks they weren't even made right or the right size. This was the worst experience here. Bit just because of 1 bad egg we won't stop coming, we will return.."
"I ordered a venti drink from the starbucks at this location and it was the first time i got a venti drink and it was not filled up. I asked the employee why it was not filled up and they commented that was the serving size. As you can see from the picture its no where near."
"This was a really nice and friendly Starbucks my first visit here. I was greeted, quite friendly, and welcome to Starbucks. The baristas took our order, and it was made to what we wanted The added treat was that I was asked how I liked my drink afterward. My reply was that it was great and it really was Quality customer service!!!"
