"It is almost as though the maintenance team TRIES to ignore you when you walk in for a scheduled appointment. I often wait over 10min just to get someone's attention when I arrive...often with a desk of 3-4 employees. Not even an acknowledgement that I'm there. I've been coming here for over four years with a pre-paid maintenance plan, and it's always the same. There appears to be a sustained level of disdain for customers."
