"Auto Advantage is by far the best, most competent, professional, and honest auto repair garage experience I've dealt with in years. I've been taking my vehicle to a local Shell station for many years without any issues, but recently they came under new management. I recently took my car in for a state safety inspection and was told that it failed the inspection due to my rear brake shoe pads being under the safe limits. This was the first time the 12 years of owning my car that it had failed a safety inspection. The situation didn't feel right to me, so I instructed the Shell to go ahead and put a Regection sticker on my car and I would go out and check on other options. I contacted my brother who is a realtor and has many contacts with businesses in Northern Virginia and he referred me to Auto Advantage of Virginia. I contacted Auto advantage and explain my situation and made an appointment with them that was well within the 15 days I had to get my car repaired. The fact that they couldn't see me immediately was a good thing because it showed that they are busy, which means that they are popular, which means that they do good work and have a lot of customers. When I took my car in and they looked at it I was told that there was nothing wrong with my rear brakes and they even offered to take the car into the the inspection place where they take their customer's cars. So I took advantage of that and they got the car reinspected by their honest inspection station and it passed with flying colors. All this was done within the same day. The whole experience was so heartening to find out that there are indeed still good honest people in this world and it renewed my faith in humanity and my faith in auto repair shops in general. It is very hard to find a good honest mechanic these days and I have found one in Auto Advantage. They have earned themselves a customer for life."
