While the car-buying process was tolerable, the service appointment left much to be desired. Firstly, despite having made an appointment for a 10K mileage regular service, I found myself waiting an excruciating 5 hours. This is unacceptable, especially when assurances were given that the service would only take an hour. Moreover, the notion of a scheduled service appointment seems like a charade, as the actual time slot bears no relevance to the real-world waiting time. This blatant disregard for customers' time is inexcusable. I've noticed a pattern in other reviews where the generic response is to call the GM with promises of improvement. However, it's evident that these efforts are futile, given the consistent lack of change in service speed and quality. The repetitive assurance to call the GM is nothing more than a diversion from addressing the core issues. To potential customers, I'd recommend Leesburg Toyota for purchasing a car, but strongly advise against relying on them for services. The inefficiency and time-consuming nature of their service appointments will undoubtedly consume your entire day. It's time for Leesburg Toyota to acknowledge and rectify these issues instead of resorting to empty promises and deflective responses. Additionally, a specific area of concern was the interaction with a service representative named Marta. Her demeanor was notably unhelpful, and it felt like she was more interested in avoiding customer interaction than providing assistance. Improving customer service, particularly with staff like Marta, would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience at Leesburg Toyota."
