"If I could rate this place a zero I would. First let me start off with my child didn’t that know that the box they had in the front was a school drive. He thought it was free supply. This lady comes up and snatches the box away and embarrasses my child. This was unacceptable. Second, the receptionist was extremely rude. She tired telling me that I had a copayment and haven’t meant my deductible. I told her that she must be confused and she said I’m not confused. While im on phone with my health insurance and they’re saying they can call/ recheck their portal. But clearly it was so much of an inconvenience to recheck the portal or call. I think my health insurance would know more of my plan benefits than a receptionist or her boss. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially if you have Tricare! They clearly don’t know how to read the benefits even while TRICARE is on the phone stating different."

I ripped my achilles tendon, and going through therapy currently and I feel confident that with these two as my PTs, I am sure to make excellent recovery. Thanks for all you do!"
