"Came to store to pick up custom frame order. Arrived at the desk and didn't see anyone. Pressed red button to request. Not sure if it worked, so I waited a few minutes. Employee asked if I needed assistance and said yes and mentioned I pressed button. She went to the back to find someone. Waited a few more minutes before a pressed button again, then decided to look for someone. Found a few employees at front of the store, including the one who went to the back to find someone. She said "No one came?". Of course not...otherwise I wouldn't be looking for assistance! They turned to the what I believe was the manager and finally got someone to help. Apparently the button wasn't working..lol. What should've been a 5 min errand took 20 mins."
"Michaels is great! Their website is lousy! I went there to pick up a specific type and color of yarn, according to the website, it was in stock. But it was not. So wasted gas and time."
"They don't have a huge fabric selection but we found what we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good location and plenty parking."
