"I wholeheartedly regret not going to Cadillac to get my tires. The manager had the nerve to blame me for a slow leak in my rim. I live across the street from NTB, I went straight home after my car was done. I placed my car in the garage and didn’t move it. The next day I went in because the tire went low in the garage. The manager wasn’t there the next day, but the crew was. Apparently they found a leak in my rim. The same rim that had absolutely no problem the day before. I’ve been coming here for years and this is the absolutely worst experience I’ve had! Now I have to come up with money to replace my rim! If you take your car in, something’s happens to it. Don’t expect NTB TO RESPOND. George the DM won’t answer the phone either. I will never spend my money here ever again! They treat veterans bad! No veterans go here!"
"10/10 will rip you off. Came in for four new tires and an alignment and my car still pulls to the left. After calling back every day for a week trying to get this looked into, everyday I get a different reason why they can't do it. Finally got it checked at a different mechanic and found it to be incorrect. There's a 100 bucks I'll never get back. Also you can forget about a quick service, they'll give you tons of excuses why they can't do your service at the scheduled time"
"Was having issues with the lose of power when starting car from time to time. They were able to take in my car, test to discover issue, and replace battery same day. Down side, a little more expensive then other places."
"I came in on a Sunday afternoon and wanted them to check the pressure in my tires, my tire sensor had been on. They were so helpful and kind and after putting air in my tires, test drove my car to make sure all was good. I was so grateful! Will come back here for tire service! Amazing staff!!!"
