"Response to Owner's Comment: Hi Syd, the call was 55 seconds according to my call log. You asked for my tire size to which I provided for you. If every tire place responded by telling me to "call around" instead of giving me an exact answer to my question (can you tell me how much for new tires for a 2017 Toyota Camry) how will I be informed? You were the first person I called. I wanted to know your price not every tire place around per your suggestion. I wasn't asking to be hand held. Just a simple answer to my simple question. Thank you. Original Comment: This man is disgruntled and condescending. I called for a price quote on new tires and he refused to provide one and instead responded "call around and then call me back if you want to do business" I called because he was recommended, this is my first time getting my tires replaced so not sure if my inquiry about pricing offended him somehow? The call was very off-putting I'm still baffled. Perhaps he was having a rough day if I had to give the benefit of the doubt."
"My first visit was in 2019. I was interested in used tires and he explained the advantage of buying new, so I ended up buying new tires. He was so helpful and nicknamed me Memphis. I returned recently and bought 4 more new tires. He remembered me and call me Memphis right away. He gives wonderful customer service."
