"If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.. I originally brought my vehicle in for a faulty catalytic converter that was put on by someone else, I let them order a new catalytic converter & change it so I could have “the warranty” BIG MISTAKE. Since then I’ve brought my vehicle back 4 times. Fast forward to 11/21 I had my vehicle TOWED in because the check engine light started to flash (as shown in video) I originally dealt with Steven, that’s whom I dealt with the whole time since bringing my car there, days went by, then I called twice since I didn’t hear any updates as to what was going on, allegedly Steven was out sick so I spoke with James who would tell me what he thinks I wanna hear & give me the run around, weeks went by I called AGAIN, spoke with Steven, this time he told me “he doesn’t know anything about the vehicle James is dealing with it & he’s not in at the moment” at this point I’m started to get pissed, so I decided to pop up there 12/18 since there has been poor communication on what is going on with the vehicle. When I get there Steven tells me they still don’t know why the car is misfiring or the check engine light is blinking. I had my car TOWED in at 163,538 miles(as pictured in video), when I got the car back 12/18 it was 163,615(as pictured) with NO GAS IN THE CAR & that is 77 MILES OVER. I understand that a mechanic had to drive the car around to figure out what’s going on but 77 MILES IS COMPLETELY INSANE & UNACCEPTABLE!!! At this point I’m starting to think these are a bunch of basement mechanics they are only good for oil changes, brakes & rotors (the basic stuff) that’s just driving people vehicles around & not really fixing anything. The worst experience ever I should’ve known having to go back 3x’s for the same issue. Don’t waste your time."

"My only disappointment is I can't give them 6 stars! James and Steven were amazing! A mechanic version of Cheers! They knew ALL of their customers by name. THIS PLACE DESERVES ITS OWN TV SHOW! When my truck broke down leaving it stranded in Bowie my brother in-law suggested Mr Auto. When I told them my brother and his wifes name Steve knew off the top of his head all of their vehicles! The pricing was amazing. If anything the UNDERCHARGED me. They didnt try to oversell me things. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. When your car has problems its never a good day - but I watched while when a young lady had a deeper problem than orginally thought Steve explained it over the phone to her husband. His discounted the work OVER $400 WHO DOES THAT? Usually places break it on purpose just to upcharge you. When the lady regained her composure - she was greatful THEY found the problem. Imagine that - grateful in the midst of quite an unexpected expense. Keep it up guys!"

"I have been seeing James and Steven for almost ten years now every time I’ve had an issue or needed maintenance done on the cars I’ve owned. They are upfront with price and repair time, they will let you know of any issues they see and ask how you would like to proceed, and they have great customer service. I would not trust anyone else with my cars."
