"Greenbelt office: have been here twice. First time I waited a little over an hour. NP apologized and said she was overbooked for just being herself in the office. Second time I waited 1.5h past my scheduled appointment, with both doctors there, no apology given by provider. Linda in billing(?) was wonderful, and apologized for the wait when I was speaking with her. They did take the time to talk me through things and listen to my questions for the most part, but the wait time of 1h in the waiting room and 30 minutes in a consult room was just too much."

She was rude, pushy, insulting and I have never had such a painful papsmear ever in my life and I have been getting one since I was 16. I am so disappointed Vanessa is no longer my OBGYN. "I was referred to Dr. Ricardo Scartascini by the first lady of my church a little over 20 years ago. This place is awesome, from the front desk customer service, to the nurses and every physician that I have had the pleasure of interacting with. I was on the subway to attend the Breast Cancer Walk and as we were talking about doctors (good and not so good) one of the ladies of my church asked me what GYN doctor did I have and I said proudly Dr. Ricardo Scartascini and this is no lie, about 10 other women on the train with me turned around and said "that's my doctor!" Lol!!!!! My experience with Dr. Scartascini has been and will be nothing short of excellent. I wish that every doctor could have the bedside manner and heart that he has. I have also seen Dr. Rogers who is excellent as well, I remember I hadn't gone to have a mammogram because I was scared to do so and he told me "don't let me have to come to your house and take you to the doctor's myself," because breast cancer was personal to him and he wanted me and all women to have the knowledge about breast cancer so that we can live a long and health life! Dr. Ricardo delivered my daughter's first son and Dr. Roger's delivered her second son!!! Maybe we need to let Dr. Vanessa deliver the third one, lol!!!!! But I give them such high ratings because you couldn't ask for a better bunch of caring individuals like you have with Dr. Ricardo and his staff. Congratulations on EXCELLENCE, and please don't ever retire!!!!!!"
