However, she is hands down one of the best doctors I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. she's very professional, compassionate, thorough, made me feel like family and the list goes on. I was so disappointed when I couldn't keep her as my gyn due to the change of my insurance. I'm back with Medstar and on the hunt for Dr, Wexler ready to be her patient again. She was very kind and caring as well as detailed about my medical condition, what I was to expect and the circumstances in which she determined that surgery was necessary. My post op visit was more of the same...excellent bedside manner with detailed conversations about my concerns, warning signs to watch out for and she remembered every detail about our initial encounter down to how helpful my mother-in-law was the night of the surgery. If I didn’t already have an amazing gyn, I would definitely switch to her. Her nurse, Katie was also professional, sweet and took her time when meeting with me about post op care and instructions.
