I came in for a date night dress that made me feel beautiful and also not make my medical devices on my chest visible. She let me have a seat as I am easily fatigued from treatment. She went above and beyond in her service in creating a date night outfit for head to toe. It felt like I had my own stylist for the day . "I am so happy they reopened this weekend! I went in for their 50% off sale and was helped by Sarah. This girl needs a promotion and a raise! She was fabulous!! So engaging with every single guest. She spoke with the most positivity and encouragement I have ever heard from a sales associate. She greeted every one that entered, personalized every interaction, and answered questions with confidence. It was the end of the day when I visited, and she was still going strong. "I came in today to do a return of a large online order. This order was over $460 worth of clothing. I worked with Sarah, the general manager of this store and she was extremely helpful and polite, a real delight to talk with! She at first let me know that online orders returned to stores need to have the original packing slip/receipt that came in the box. If I did not have this I could only get a merchandise credit and not a refund of my original payment method. I did not have this slip and looked through my purse and had my fiancé at home look around but to no avail :(. Sarah spoke with her regional manager and allowed a one time refund of my original payment method. Sarah was so so kind and patient with me and really worked with me to resolve the issue! I am so grateful Sarah was understanding and that she could help me out! You rock Sarah!"
"Love the store but the workers make me uncomfortable. Last time I was there with a friend and i felt the girl at the cash register stare me down like no other. I finally broke her staring by looking over and smiling at her but in my mind I was like "Umm, can I help you?" Also they all seem like they don't really care for their work. One girl forgot there was a sale on their jeans and didn't take off when my friend bought jeans, until my friend pointed it out. I'll just be shopping at another location from now on."
