"Customer service socks! The person who checked my items, could care less. She's more concerned about talking to the other cashier about how the previous customer didn't want to be bothered with signing up. Of course, with the lousy service, who would want to become a member. Lastly, I asked if I have previous points and she just said, yes but it expired, and nothing I can do cause it's too long. Without even trying, I work in customer service industry, and I know it's not an easy job. But, this one is way out."
