"I took my Invicta watch to this place for a battery change and the guy replace the battery but he couldn't put the back case. I saw hin struggling to put it together and i told him to stop if he was not able to do the job ,because he was complaining about my watch model. At the end after 20 min he did not charge me for the poor service. After 2 days i took my watch to a Invicta shop where the guy show me the the back case of the watch was broken. I will never go back to Fashion Time . Very unprofessional."

"Refused to complete a very simple watch repair of a Seiko band with a broken pin. When I asked why he was unable to repair it, the owner became irate and yelled at me. Very bizarre experience. There’s a lovely watch repair kiosk on the first floor of the mall that was glad to help me. Suggest saving yourself some time and irritation by going there instead."
"Very rude. I asked a question about a return and, rather than explain why it couldn't be done, I was berated by the clerk. The exact opposite experience I had when I purchased the watch. I guess they're only nice when you're buying something."
