She was the kindest and most professional person I could’ve dealt with. After explaining what I was looking for. She knew immediately the perfect piece. She was super kind and professional. The even better part was the bears and puppies that were for sale. You had the option of donating them to local children in need .through EMS and police. "I had a great experience here with Douglas. My bf and I were shopping for engagement rings for the first time - I had a pretty basic idea of what I wanted and my bf as well. We had gone to Elite Jewelers upstairs but the sales lady was so pushy and condescending, especially when I was asking questions, which ruined the whole experience for us. We decided to go to Kay instead to see if we could find my ring here instead. Douglas helped us and he was extremely kind, approachable and friendly. He totally turned around the experience for us. He answered all of our questions and was extremely patient as we were taking our time looking around. We settled on this brilliant oval solitaire ring.
