"First, the tech came on time, and called 20 minutes before arriving. Nice. As I had recently bought the house, the technician was happy to explain how various systems (furnace, control panels, humidifier, etc.) worked and also advised me on choice of furnace filters. Overall, excellent service."

"Teams showed up on time and completed the work on schedule. They had no problem installing a wifi enabled thermostat instead of the original one in their proposal. We also got a new AC unit (not pictured) - they will come back in the spring to test when the weather is warm enough to see if it can be made colder! The company provided the permit and we scheduled the inspection - work passed with no problem from the City of Fairfax (gas furnace). The inspector also looked at the AC unit but I wasn’t exactly sure why."

The technician, Mike, did an awesome job diagnosing the issue and replacing the thermostat, and then spent a generous amount of time explaining new functionality with the newer model and providing other recs.
