"I was just in shock. The representative, his name is Richard. Was very nice at the beginning of the conversation. However. I was asking more questions about their rates and how they operate. He was not listening and telling me to find another location as he was not “shire” that I am the real customer. It is first time when I see such attitude to the customer. I am a potential customer who want to know what will be the final price for the repair. And they have strange system how they Operate. I was not ready for such service. Actually no service in this case."
