"Guess who's not getting my business Ever. To replace ONE Halogen bulb they charged 48.43 excluding taxes. I wonder how this even has so many stars. I didn't ask the price before, my fault. They didn't mention, their convenience. Didn't have time to argue as I was getting late for work and this was the last day for inspection. Edit: As they downplayed the other reviews, they replied that this was a scathing review for me pointing their lack of transparency. I stuck with facts, and didn't ask for anything. I know money comes and goes, honesty doesn't."

"I dropped my car to get a VA state inspection and oil change. A few hours later, Emilio from Sunset Hill Auto called me and said I need to replace wiper blades to pass the inspection and told me it would cost me $65. I also asked him to change the air filter but I did not ask how much it would cost me. When I picked up my car, they billed me $490 ( $190 for oil change, $35 for state inspection, $85 for air filter, $90 for wiper blades, and other fees and taxes). When I pointed out that I was over-charged for the wiper blades, they gave me some non-sense excuses and adjusted the price to what they initially quoted me. When I asked that that I feel like I was overcharged for oil change and air filter (I normally paid $90 for oil change and $40 for air filter), the owner kept saying that expensive car costs more and accused me of not asking how much the air filter would cost me when they charged me a way more even if they had quoted $65 for the wiper blades. Again, I normally paid around $90 for oil change vs. $190 and $40 for air filter vs. $85. I would definitely not go back there to get any auto services."
