Promises repeatedly made that they would be coming to fix the machine, only to hear that they were still waiting on a part. Calls we're never made when appointments were cancelled. When I took issue and complained, they were incredibly rude, spoke over me, and told me there was no good in dwelling on their past mistakes. Will never use again. Avoid like the plague!"
