"The service people, including our advisor Steven Jones, have been very nice. But I had been waiting for a part for a couple months. I had spoken to at least for different people and left a couple messages inquiring if the part came in, never receiving a call back. Finally, someone sent my call to the parts department and I learned they had it for a MONTH already. So I scheduled installation three days later, did without the vehicle for much of the day, and it wasn't exactly the right part... It didn't fit! So now I need to do this again. The one positive was Bill and the complimentary shuttle service. My dad went into a nearby hospital that day and Bill took me and my wife to the hospital that afternoon and picked us up a couple hours later."
