"My dealership that I usually go to for my oil changes and tire rotations weren't able to get me in until almost a month later! I couldn't wait that long, and went to Hollenshade. They were able to see me same-day. The front desk was friendly and helpful. After the service, I was informed that my oil cap was not full on and was leaking oil due to poor and negligent service (from the dealership). I was absolutely surprised and they were able to attach it full and securely after the oil change and tire rotation at no additional cost. Needless to say, I will not be returning to the dealership and will only come to Hollenshade from now on. Great, honest, and professional work."
