"I had a terrible experience with this post office. I ordered something on Amazon and expected it delivered at an address where I previously have had things delivered. To my surprise when I checked tracking it said that I had requested it delivered to a post office. I did not make that request. I went to the post office to pick it up. They confirmed that they had the shipment but they wouldn't give it to me because they didn’t deliver to my address. They were going to return it. Why not just give it to me as you have it and I am there to pick it up? USPS is wasting my time, their time and Amazon's time."

"Horrible service, Illogical behavior, and all around rudeness. I was called by the postmaster in regards to a package and was then threatened by the fact they have caller i.d. To this day, I have not an inkling as to what the intent of that threat was. Bizarre."

"Love this post office. The team is warm and friendly. I relocated from the west coast and had no issues setting up my mailbox and receiving packages. I do live more than a 1/2 mile from my mailbox, as is standard practice in the "country", I have to go the post office for my packages. Never had an issue."

"I spend time at a place in the area without a mailing address, and twice in the past couple of months, I needed something delivered. I went to the post office to make sure that I would correctly address the incoming packages. I wrote my name, then General Delivery, then the city, state, and zip, just as instructed to do. I was told they hold general deliveries for 30 days before they get returned. BOTH times that I had a package delivered, some post office employee decided to return the packages within 48 hours of receipt. The first time, I went in and there was no apology, no taking responsibility for making a mistake, nothing. The second time I got an email alerting me of the return and I decided it was pointless to go in, so here I am expressing my displeasure. It would appear this post office either has some seriously under-trained employees, or just has employees that don't care. Either way, I'll never use this place again. For the record, I've received packages as General Delivery many times in my life, all around the country, and I have never run into an issue before this."

"I was there before 4:30. The employee was waiting on another customer. I pulled on the door several times. She hollered out to me I'm closed. I got back into my vehicle saw that it was 4:28. Got back out of my vehicle to go see what time it closed saw that it closed at 4:30. This is very frustrating."
