They made sure all the details were correct and made sure the colors were correct to match the brides maid dresses. The tuxedos were picked up the Friday before our Sunday Wedding and everything was clean, organized and in excellent condition for our Wedding. They are a full service Tuxedo Rental Business and warehouse everything themselves so they can make changes on the fly. "We searched all over Baltimore, in all the big box stores, for a white tuxedo jacket for our wedding but got nothing came remotely close to the selection, quality, and customer service at Tuxedo House. The staff was so helpful, made us feel absolutely 0 pressure, and answered our tons of questions with ease. We had originally signed all the groomsmen up with Nordstrom, but promptly made the switch to Tuxedo House after chatting with Ryan — who was so knowledgable and flexible. On the day, everyone looked incredible, and even after the groom's mom sobbed her makeup on his gorgeous white jacket, they took the rental back with zero fuss.
