"We LOVE going here weekly!!! I remember back years ago (25+) I used to skate here and have so much fun!!! It, of course, has (a) new owner(s) now and they ripped out most of the arcade section to widen the birthday room. They also added what they call the "Skywalk" which is an aerial jungle net playplace for kids. The building is still in pretty good shape despite needing serious updating. -- My kids love these even though they range from ages 14 down to 9. They have one public skating session daily, two on weekends. The prices are also a bit high, but that's to be expected since the nearest competitor is over 20 miles away. We will continue to be loyal customers!"

"Terrible terrible!!! Went on a Saturday with my friends and was having a decent time. Staff was okay at the start, extremely packed and security well, could’ve been nicer. I was sitting in the food court eating when both of my friends rushed over to me and started telling me we needed to go because there was a fight and someone threatened to shoot up the place. Police luckily showed up within seconds!!! Thank you Boardman police!! Anyways, my friends and I stood behind the counter in the food area with one of the employees permission. The employees did NOT warn ANYONE in that area of what was going on. My friend was having a full blown panic attack and the lady behind the counter shuts off the lights and yells at us to get out without saying why. Staff was getting in verbal fights with children as everyone was trying to get out. Only people who actually did their job were the Boardman Police. They were extremely kind and quick about getting everyone out. Obviously there was a little bit of pushing but no shoving and no yelling. They genuinely sounded concerned. Again thank you police! Never go here!!!!"
