"I went to the ER last Sunday, and the receptionist informed my child’s father that he could not sign for our daughter because we weren't married. Furthermore, the female doctor lacked bedside manner and was dismissive of any medical questions or concerns we had. To make matters worse, the nurse didn't administer the medication to our daughter; instead, she handed us the syringe and had us administer the dose. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone."

"This has got to be the WORST CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL. The staff in the ER literally does nothing besides sit around and i even heard a few nurses gossiping. The doctor on staff that night wasn't any better just stand there with much attitude. They need to be retrained especially when they receive a child with a mental health crisis. One male nurse gave me bad vibes and he definitely should not be working around children. How well are these people screened? They are a bunch of cold uncaring inhumane individuals who will one day be elderly and need care for themselves so they should keep that in mind being that some are already over the hill. These young people that they mistreat maybe the same ones they look to for care and compassion when they aren't able to wipe their own butts in a few years. The ER staff was a disgusting disgrace and not to mention the baby I heard crying for over two hours because the nurses are too busy sitting down and the doctor is MIA"

"I have to say I was very upset with my experience. I brought my 7 month daughter into the ER due to her having stomach pain and excessive pooping. the first issue I had was being asked several times if she was vaccinated, which i said my answer and that was that. Next the doctor comes in does not even touch her yet and claims that what’s going on is viral. they told me to let them know when she poops again and they would test it. I told them about the diaper rash that she had and my concern was because of her having so much diarrhea it’s started to blister. (I was told they would write a script for an antibiotic ointment for her) when I picked it up for my daughter it was Destin maximum strength. I was using that already. I feel like my concerns for her not wanting to eat a drink was brushed off, I was concerned for dehydration and I was shut down immediately. Then I was given papers for discharged and sent home. I had to call the nurse back in to ask Do’s and Don’t. I feel like the young mothers and people who do not believe in vaccinations are treated very different than others and it’s simple as that."

"I have nothing but issues with how office visits are coded. My son went for a well visit and they billed me for two visits because the doctor asked me questions about my sons health and put it in the report. They refused to make it right. Also, both my kids were scheduled for sick visits at the same time and saw two different doctors. One was the normal copayment and the other was coded as a specialty visit (without notice that the doctor had extra schooling) and they charged me for a specialty visit which was crazy expensive!!! Their medical coding team are money hungry and will squeeze every last bit from you without prior notification. I am having to move my kids to make sure that we are billed correctly. What a terrible business… it’s a shame because the staff and doctors are very nice. I’ve never had medical coding issues at any other facility with my insurance. What a shame."
