"I made a mistake and ordered two pair of the same tennis shoes called them immediately, and they would not take it off my credit card . I had to wait till I received the tennis shoes to return them. I went to UPS return them, and a few days later they came back to me. I got an email from champ that they received my return and they took it off my credit card then three days later the shoes came back to me. I went to UPS and they charged me another seven dollars to return the shoes again."

"I walked in with my friend and there were three male employees in there staring at us awkwardly. We just browsed a little bit and my friend went to try on some hats. When my friend was trying on hats one of the workers said with a smug look on his face that there was someone in here earlier trying on hats and he had white stuff in his hair implying that the person had lice. The other two workers in the back were laughing and snickering like something was funny. Its obvious that they were lying and trying to get us to leave the store thinking we would be freaked out because we are both women. My friend and I won’t be coming back here."

"I went into Champs on Saturday, 8/5/17 at near closing time. I didn't realize how late it was as my family had been at the mall quite awhile shopping for school clothes. I wish I could remember the guys names that helped me because they were extremely helpful, nice and knowledgeable. I asked which shoe would be best for me as I'm on my feet a lot. I showed him the Nike's I had been wearing full time since May. He said I had walked out of them because the soles were worn out. He showed me the shoes he felt would work best for me. I tried on a couple pair and bought the Adidas EQT's. I've been wearing them since along with the insole's he recommended. My feet and ankles feel so much better. I'm glad I listened to him. I wasn't rushed in making my selection nor was I pressured to buy anything. Like I said I really wish I could remember his name because he was a huge help and deserves recognition. I will shop at Champs again because of how great he was with me and how the rest of the staff was as well."
