"The woman running the store was absolutely a ray of sunshine. She offered her assistance right away with a kind greeting as I walked in to the shop. She checked on me and offered to open me a room to try on items also. She didn't hover and said to don't hesitate to ask for assistance if I needed anything at all. The cloths were really nice. Everything was on sale thankfully because the regular prices were not in my budget."
"Yesterday was my first time visiting the store. I walked in and was greeted by the staff, but then never talked to again. Most of the staff was in the back doing who knows what. I clearly needed help finding the proper bra size and style. None of the staff members offered any help, but thankfully my boyfriend was with and could help me. When I finally needed a fitting room I had to hunt down a staff member. I asked this employee if they could take my measurements as I was unsure of the proper bra size. They didn’t know how to take them! Said employee had to go to the back to find the manager to take my measurements. That being said, I was never offered any assistance after this. I will not be going back to this store. I don’t like being followed around stores by employees, but I do like some help when I clearly need it… ended up leaving with nothing since I didn’t get helped…."
