"Good customer service begins when you enter the door of the establishment regardless of race, color, creed, nationality, economic status etc. etc. “Hi”or “Hi welcome to the Loft”or Hi is there something I can help you find determines if I will patronize the establishment. I waited to see if I was in my feelings, and perused the whole store. Meanwhile, two customers came in after me and were promptly greeted as they entered. Sorry this business just showed that they did not want my business, so I took it elsewhere and will not be returning. Thank you very much for saving me $100."

I had expressed how excited I was to start my new job and they went the extra step to steam my new clothes for me to make sure there weren’t any wrinkles. Everyone was so helpful and friendly.
