"Tried to give this place a shot despite reviews. Dropped off clothes and was told 20 mins. Came back almost two hours later and they hadn’t been touched. Said no problem, I’ll come back tomorrow. They wanted to keep 2 items, out of probably a hundred. Totally didn’t even look at the majority of items as I had multiple of what they wanted in the bags. Brands in there were Athleta, Lululemon, JCrew, Banana, White House Black Market, Guess, BCBGMAXAZRIA etc. all in perfect condition, some even with tags. I tried to give the kids working here a chance but like previous reviews said, it’s just a bunch of kids who don’t care and just want to go home early."

"Employees were polite. The selection was very small and average- nothing too interesting or worth bragging about. I was underwhelmed, so I probably won't go out of my way to shop here again."

"Great store to stop in and get some deals on low priced name brand clothes. They always have a great selection. The staff is great. Avery was very helpful pointing out some great sales that the store had that day, saving me even more money. I like the way the store is organized by colors and clothing type for a quick in and out selection on what I’m looking for."

"I wish I had read the reviews first! The negative experience here is true. I went there today after some much needed closet cleaning. To start, I brought mostly brands and styles specifically listed on their website. They had me put my personal info in and told me it would take about an hr and I could come back. When I came back, my items were untouched. Folded and presented the exact way I brought them, which means they didn't even look. They turned down brand new Dior, Steve Madden, & Juicy Couture! The kids working there wouldn't know a good item, so don't waste your time."
