"Such a great place! A little like a Michael's, but more interesting stuff! I went in to get ideas for a project whose medium I hadn't decided on yet, and between inspiration from stalking the aisles and very welcome help from an experienced and very helpful and friendly associate, I walked out with a neat little pile of stuff to get this project started. Honestly loved hearing hymns and contemporary Christian music played as I shopped, as well. A great experience all around!"

"Usually I love shopping at this store... however tonight was a less than stellar experience. Had an online item that I needed to return, thought it would be a simple in and out. Boy was I wrong, it took 30+ minutes to get in and out of the store. I learned tonight that only 2 registers in checkout can process returns. These 2 registers were also assisting customers with in store purchases. So after 20 minutes in line it's finally my turn. The girl needed a manager override for my return. Mary, the manager on duty comes over to assist. Now keep in mind I provided my receipt and had my credit card for original form of payment. Mary does her process on the register. Then hands me cash for my refund. When I inquired why wasn't this going back on my card I was told it's either store credit or cash. Per hobby lobby return policy it states with a receipt within 90 days of purchase hobby lobby will gladly exchange, give store credit or issue a refund based on the original payment method. So based on this information it should've been returned to my card not handed cash right? Wrong so now what was supposed to be an easy trip has utilized 30 minutes of my time and added a trip to the bank that I hadn't planned on. Happy holidays!"

"Item I was thinking about purchasing was not priced. I asked sales person to please take it and have it priced while I was still shopping. She told me she was newly hired at the store, and that I could take the item and get it priced myself. I said to my daughter let's go pay for the items in our carts. Then I found out the store does offer veteran discounts. I am a veteran and this did not make me happy either."

"This place is literally for EVERYONE. I walked in a instantly saw things for everyone in my family and myself. I expected to want everything (I did) but my 7 year old son went hog wild! He wanted a Christmas tree (I got him a small one), all the ornaments, nutcrackers and decorations he saw! Then we went to the model isle and he wanted one thing! He was more excited to be here then a playground! We loved it, very neat and Tidy. Everything had a place and the things they sell are worth having. Plus, the sales were phenomenal! I spent fifty bucks on a mini Christmas tree, multiple ornaments, a model (50 model set of rockets), model cement and paint, medium sized nutcracker and some other decorations. Can’t beat it!"
