"My experience was horrible. Yesterday I went for a full set and pedicure. I was told that they don’t offer long nail services. I told her I didn’t ask for long nails. She said she wanted to let me know so that we don’t waste each other’s time. Rude. Unprofessional. I was already there and didn’t feel like going somewhere else. Maybe I should have. She then proceeded to let two other women of color know that the salon doesn’t offer long nail services, and they left. She then proceeded to tell me that she will show me what length they offer. Before I could tell her where to cut she cut the nail. I then told her that this is not medium, this is short and that I wanted short. My full set is horrendous. I asked for almond and half are shaped crooked. I didn’t get a design and they were $61. My pedicure was $57 and she shaped and filed my toenails down to the shortest length that she could. I paid $118, and it was a waste of time. I’m never going back again."
"Set an appointment then had to wait almost an hour after my appointment time before they started doing my nails. The sns job seemed fine at the time but now multiple nails have cracked less than 2 weeks after getting them done. Usually they last 3 weeks. Poor service and poor execution"
"I had an appointment and had to wait 30 min. On top of that I asked for simple almond shape acrylic with French tip and both the shape and polish and subpar. Lines are uneven, shape is off, one of my nails is totally crooked. Unfortunately I will not be back."
"I was a little weary of going here because of some of the reviews, but I took the chance and am glad I did. I live close by and got an sns dip manicure with tips by Kenny. I LOVE the results. He did such an amazing job. I will definitely be a regular."
"The salon is very clean, they offer beverage service which is nice. My gel manicure and pedicure turned out great! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars, is because the technician charged me a nail fix. While using the drill on my gel nails she somehow hit the edge of my nail, causing it to crack off. I didn’t have any chipped nails when I came into the salon. When I checked out she had charged me a nail fix. I had mentioned to her that it was chipped because of what she did during the service. In my opinion service could be a bit better. You shouldn’t charge customers for an error made by the technician. But overall happy with how my nails turned out."
