"Was in today. I bought 7 Christmas globes. I asked the lady for 2 to be bagged separate. She gave me attitude and it was too many bags so I had to BUY bags to bag my purchase. Very dissatisfied. I will bring bags now when I shop there. Kindness goes a long way. I was very respectful to the lady. It would have been nice for the same."
"I would have to say under normal conditions it's a typical Hallmark shop. Friendly and polite employees, but what impressed me the most was the ladies behind the counter. One came out on the floor 2 times to tell customers to wear their mask correctly or leave the store!! Just as the sign states walking in."
