"I bought 4 cigars house blend without a brand from the store located at 8150 Leesburg Pike Vienna Va. These cigars were wrapped so tight that the air was not going through. I went back to return, and started to look on the different shelves, but the guy said I should choose from the same are the unbranded or house blend are located. I didn't want to take a risk again. So I got the money back for 3 cigars, but not the one I half smoked that I couldn't finish. The guy gave me a hard time. I'll never go back there again"
"The guy that works there looks like he hates his job, and is always assuming some unpleasant stance. Not sure on expertise, he did recommend a few cigars but since I am not very eloquent with products so I can't say much on that or selection. He did offer to cut the cigars as well, and provided some matches and such. In all they just need to improve the guest experience, everything else is fine."
