"A few years ago, we would pick up our liquor at Tysons branch. The Tyson’s branch was super busy and most of the work was done by a black lady. As a result of being too overworked, she had become a little rude toward the customers. I felt sorry for her, since she was doing 3 people works. Once an ABC agent visited my restaurant for inspection, I told him about the Tyson’s branch and the lady that was too overworked. Soon ABC notified us that we no longer needed to go to Tyson’s branch for pickups. They asked us to place our liquor order with Vienna branch. I have to thank the ABC for this needed change. This Vienna shop goes beyond the call of duty to take care of their customers, even more so than a private business would do. I just wanted to share my story and say thank you to their management team."
