"I bought a Pyne pod vape 2 days ago and today it just stopped working and it’s fully charged and shows full as far as juice so I called and explained to the girl and even told her they can check it cause it’ll show it’s full it just won’t let me hit it and was advised no and there’s nothing they can do. I have been coming here since they opened and referred so many people here and I purchase more than just vapes here so to be told there’s nothing they can do really isn’t right!!! I never have any issues with anything I’ve purchased so not sure why they can’t give me a new one it’s not like I’m asking for my money back and they have to know that just because it works in the store doesn’t mean that something isn’t wrong with it!!! So I will not be coming back and I will absolutely let people know so they don’t have this happen to them and I will be posting on my page."
