"I love Giant. They’re very clean and organized. Their customer service is amazing and if you’re going to do a pickup or delivery service they’re my first choice. They don’t take more orders than they can handle and that shows that the customer is their priority. If there is some mistake all you have to do is contact them and they’ll correct it."

"Have been a loyal Giant Food customer for many years. Staff/ supply/prices have always been great and have never had an issue until this past week. I purchased a 1.5 lb of shrimp salad on the 23rd in order to serve it on the 25th. When I opened the container, the salad was already bad and had a horrendous smell. Wish I had saved my receipt to return but buyer beware with the salads offered. This has never happened before and hope it was just one weird fluke but wanted to make others aware"

"Used to love shopping at Giant, and when we first moved to dundalk 3 years ago, it was by far one of the best places to shop in the general area. But they've slowly gone downhill since I've moved in. Produce department is never what it used to be, almost shameful these days. If you want lunch meat no matter the day or time, be prepared to wait ridiculous amounts of time and likely be treated extremely rude by the meat cutters. Last time, I waited 45 mins and the weekend before 30 mins. They've since closed down one exit, yet the main part of their parking lot is on the side that was closed down. The store isn't clean like it used to be. A true shame, in my opinion, to watch an iconic store fall."

LOL everyone is very helpful but most of all I look forward to my checkout with Linda she always has something positive to say and it's always looking up.
