"I have always had anxiety and depression and it finally came to its boiling point. I am beyond grateful for every member of the staff at hope springs. The lady’s and gentleman running the show up front are calm, understating and so helpful. Just as well as everyone in the back of the office. Never felt uncomfortable or like I was a bothersome. Some days I was super cranky and throwing a hissy fit in my head and didn’t want to go but every second helped and left with a light heart every time. Blair and the doctor are so awesome, whom I am so grateful for. The only downfall is I can’t keep Blair as my therapist and only have the doctor for one year past completion of IOP. If you take it seriously it is a game changer. That is coming from a skeptic."

"Starting off, this is not your typical iop, everyone is not hanging out smoking cigarettes going in and out of groups, being disruptive, etc. The setting is very peaceful and professional, including the entire staff that I have met up to date. I had been at two other IOP programs this year and they were a joke. Very restricted and very unprofessional. Which makes it difficult to get feedback. Since joining HSBH I have had nothing less than a supportive group of staff and patients. In all honesty doesn't even feel like it's a mental health program because of the atmosphere. I enjoy listening and sharing and I do believe that is important when it comes to the proper treatment."

"I attended the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Hope Springs in June and July 2023. My experience there was life-changing. Hope Springs promotes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). During a combination of group and individual therapy sessions, I learned important DBT skills that are helping me be more effective as a husband, father, and employee. Thanks to DBT, I am better equipped to navigate, understand, and regulate my emotions, communicate effectively, and maintain and improve relationships. The staff at Hope Springs show genuine compassion to all who come through the front door. The facility director, Rob, is a kind and caring person who leads by example. I learned a great deal just by watching him interact with others in group sessions. I owe a debt of gratitude to Taylor, Jonathan, Angie, Patsy, and all the therapists at Hope Springs for their kindness and compassion, and for the valuable feedback they provided. As of the writing of this review, it's been a few weeks since I completed my IOP. I have returned to weekly individual sessions with my usual therapist, and I am continuing to practice my DBT skills daily, both at home and work. I am also reading two books on DBT, as they help reinforce what I learned at Hope Springs. I highly recommend Hope Springs."
