"Saw Dr. Raffi. At the end of our session he gave me samples of medicine and said he was going to have his staff schedule testing for me. He said he would talk to the receptionist for me and make an appointment. This was my first was my first red flag. Why couldn't I have scheduled the appointment? I was already there... Well, I never received a call. I called so many times to no answer, left messages that were not returned. When I finally got a hold of them, the woman said she needed to ask the doctor a question about the testing and she would call me back in 15 minutes. Never happened. He basically took my money and ran. I read the bad reviews, but I gave it a shot anyway, and I completely agree with the other negative reviews. Avoid."

"I think it is funny how all the positive reviews of this place are fake, confirmed by staff and laughed about by the front office staff. Dr. Rifai got my comment deleted about how there was a DEA raid at his office at my last appointment which is also hilarious because it was also on TV on 69 News. There were over 20 unmarked cars and about 30 individuals with bullet proof vests that said DEA on them. During appointments he will not listen to you and then subsequently send in the wrong medication after every appointment. Even the pharmacist said “this doesn’t make sense” when looking at the script that was sent over. Management of the staff has dwindled significantly and staff members that work there brag about how they also see Dr Rifai for medication. He is currently charged with billing over 1 MILLION dollars from patients that were decreased at the time of billing which shows how money hungry he is. He will threaten to not send in medication after the appointment even though the medication is wrong. Then he will try to charge you again for having another “appointment” even though it is just to correct the medication he sent in that was WRONG."

"If you have any other options, do not go to this office, or any office sharing this name. I have been a patient there for around 4-5 years. In that time, I have had many issues contacting the office to schedule routine appointments, leading to my prescription running out on many occasions. I have been bounced around from doctor to doctor seemingly every time that I reschedule. I have left messages and sent emails to reschedule appointments , only to be ignored. And to top it all off they stopped accepting my insurance (Blue Cross) and did not inform me of this until I called to schedule my routine appointment. When they did decide to inform me that my insurance was dropped, they told me that they could put through a 30 day prescription to help me until I find a new psychiatrist, and said they would contact me with further information. Some time passed and I ran out of my prescription so I called in to get an update. As per usual, I was not answered the first time I called, and I left a message. As per usual, nobody responded to my voicemail. I called back again & once I finally got in contact with someone, they told me I could not get my refill without first coming in for an appointment which would be $150.00 out of pocket & that I owed $85.00 for god knows what because their billing department is apparently just as well run as the rest of the place. If you enjoy never knowing if you’re going to have your prescription, if you think the perfect thing for your psychiatric needs is instability, or if you never want to see the same doctor twice, this is the place for you."

"Edited this review thst was previously positive of PA-C staff. Dr. Rifai is under federal investigation for his practices and it shows: i had to file multiple complaints with my insurance company over this office's billing practices going on for a YEAR. A new financial manager always seemed to appear when I needed assistance. They sent a copay bill to collections in Jan 2023 after I asked multiple times for them to send me the bill for review. Would not recommend if you want a place that is trustworthy"

"Worst office ever. Do not go here. Dr Refai or whatever kept rescheduling my boyfriends doctors appoints for 3 months til we finally went in and demanded to see him and he had no idea why we were angry that he kept rescheduling his appointments. When he finally did see him his appointment lasted 10 minutes, like come on dude. You guys barely answer your phones, barely answer your emails, what do you do all day? Sit around and play games on your phone?"
