"0 starts for this place. Dr. Balotti is a joke. If you aren’t willing to try injection after injection until they get it right then they want nothing to do with you. Dr. Lee is the same way. It just seems to be this place’s thing."

"Well So far I just met the doc once However when trying to make the follow up appt to review a MRI the schedulers hands down are the most rude unprofessional employees I have ever come across I work for a business that delighting the customer is a MINUTE ST!! CLEARLY these employees have no direction or ability to handle patient s needs You are employing the worst in this position When is call again, I'm going to treat them worse than they treated me A disgrace!! A"

"If I could leave zero stars I would. The lady on the phone was rude and hung up on me while I was talking. "With a name like that, you have to spell it." I'm a patient coordinator and advocate and that was unprofessional. My patient can not talk for herself and you made her experience horrible. Please get some help and some better staff on hand. I won't be coming here if I can help it."

"Called here and only waited 2 minutes to speak to someone and the girl I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful and seemed as though she cared for peoples issues ,even though I can’t be seen for 5 more days but it could be sooner if willing to drive further and 2 of those days are the weekend so basically 3 days not including sat sun , would I have been very pleased if I could be seen today due to my shoulder being in excruciating pain that started out of no where , I woke up one day and pain was shooting down my arm and not able to move it without screaming from the pain, sleep is out of question due to pain being so bad from muscles getting moved from pressure laying on it also dressing myself , brushing hair and teeth not happening can’t raise my arm higher than my waist ,it doesn’t help and also sucks that I’m right handed when it’s my right arm that’s injured which makes it harder for me to do anything on my own !! Compared to how other offices treat patients in our area I have already been treated better according to all the reviews I’ve read about the other offices in our area !! While I wait for my appointment I am going to visit urgent care today to get an X-ray just Incase it’s something that needs urgent attention but if it can wait at least when I go in we are a head of the game and the Dr already has something to look at !! I look forward to my visit and I’m hoping my appointment lives up to my first impression of the office and how I was treated by the staff over the phone and scheduling my appointment !! People seem to have forgotten the customer always comes first and should make sure they are happy no matter what , also First impressions are everything and very important to ones buisness, it sets the tone for a customers entire visit ! Also know that if a customer has a great experience they may or may not tell 1 or 2 friends but the customer who has a bad experience that leaves unhappy definitely will tell tons of people and anyone who’s willing to listen! So be sure to do whatever it takes to please the customer , please and thank you ,Hello or good bye and some times it’s as simple as a smile , it tells the customer you see them, a simple gesture can go a very long way and if the rest of my visit goes the same as today then I will be happy that I took the time to read other patient reviews before choosing where to go and the time it took wasn’t a waste!! I will update my review after my appointment so it includes my opinion of my experience from start to finish !! After Wednesday check back for my completed review !"
