"Save yourself some time and book an appointment somewhere else. Highly unprofessional with questionable business tactics. Their website notes a Chadds Ford location but when you get the appt confirmation text, the location is actually Plymouth Meeting. Also, when you book an appointment, they take a non-refundable $35 deposit PRIOR to notifying you of the changed location. I tried to get a refund when I discovered the location change because Plymouth Meeting is too far, but they would not accommodate. If you need services, go to Lice Clinic of America."
