"This was one of the best medical experiences of my life. I'm without health insurance currently but needed an ear irrigation to clear out wax buildup because my hearing had become severely impaired. My wife called first and was given a flat fixed price for the procedure (a pleasant rarity in the medical world to know how much something will cost!) and we arrived to be greeted by a pleasant front desk associate who took my info. I was seen less than 5 minutes later by Melani who again, was super pleasant. She talked to me about my earbuds (still hanging around my neck) and the impact those might have had in the build up, recommended a weekly OTC solution to keep the wax from accumulating again, and then with water and deft skill, removed the massive hazelnut-sized roadblocks from both ears. Then Ronita came in to look me over, ask some questions, and prescribe an antibiotic to help with the mild inflammation in my ears. She searched on GoodRx for me to find the best price locally, sent the script to the pharmacy and handed me a GoodRx coupon printout to pick it up. Absolutely fantastic service. I don't want to get sick or hurt again, but if it happens, I know where I'll be going! I wish the entire medical industry was as transparent, fairly priced, kind, and efficient as MedNow Urgent Care."
